“Halloween Dress-Up” Photo Challenge

I Heart Faces is having a "Halloween Dress-Up" photo challenge this week. I haven't dressed my kids up yet this year, but I have a super cute photo from last year. I can't believe how little they both were!! Happy Halloween everybody! If you have a photo you want to enter, go here.

Float Wraps | Saint George Utah Photographer

I wanted to let you see an awesome product that I offer. You can get these printed with photographs from your own personal session, or you can order any of my fine art photographs including my Temple pictures. You can have names and wedding dates added to Temple pictures to personalize them. What a great gift! Anyway, now that you are on the edge of your seat do you want to know what it is?? ;) They are called float wraps and they are BEAUTIFUL! The photos of these photos really do not do them justice. But, you get the general idea.

Float Wraps are a unique option to display images. They add dimension by extending out from the wall. They appear to be floating on the wall with the main focus on the image! You can use several images to create a modern display with a Float Wrap wall collage that is ready to hang. No matting or framing needed. Float Wraps are created by wrapping the photographic print around masonite to create a thin wrap. The print is protected with a laminate and padding is added between the print and the masonite to give the front of the Float Wrap a raised, elegant look and feel. The back of the Float Wrap is complete with a black paper backing and a black ¾" thick gatorboard block that allows the Float Wrap to extend out from the wall. The back of the block also contains drilled holes for hanging. Or, if you'd prefer to display your Float Wrap on an easel, you can order your wrap without the gatorboard block. Float Wraps are available in many popular sizes from 8x10 up to 20x30.

Mini-Session | Saint George, Utah Portrait Photographer

This was the greatest mini-session ever! I had originally thought I was going to have a BUNCH of sessions for a fundraiser this weekend, but it fell through. :( I did have one and I am so glad. His Mom wanted a series of black and white pics of him pulling funny faces. It was so much fun! I've never had so many "keepers" from such a short session. He was very photogenic, has the SWEETEST personality and KILLER eyes!!! Watch out mom! He is going to be a heart breaker! Thank you guys for a fun night and thank you R for being SUCH A GOOD SPORT! (Seriously! He would do ANYTHING I asked him to!) If you want to see more from this session, check out my Facebook Fan Page! And become a fan while you are there!!

Monticello, Utah Temple Photos | Utah Photographer

I took these photos of the Monticello Utah temple a few weeks ago. I just haven't gotten around to posting them yet! It is the smallest temple I've ever seen and it's right in the middle of a neighbor hood. There is even a gate and a side walk that leads to the house next door! Wouldn't that be awesome? There were cars parked right in front, so I couldn't get many of shots of the whole building. Plus we got there about 10 minutes to late for "perfect" light. Those things aside, it was a fun little family drive and I had fun taking the photos. We got hot chocolate after and I LOVE hot chocolate. So, it was worth the drive! ;) Remember I can personalize temple photos with names, wedding dates, and/or whatever you want. They make great gifts!

Moab Utah | Family Portrait Photographer

This little family was DARLING!! They ended up being my ONLY mini session on our trip to Moab. :( But they were worth every mile of the trip!! The middle boy cracked me up. I tried every trick I know to get him to look, let alone SMILE and he wouldn't crack. When he was good and ready, he warmed up. It was totally worth the wait! He is so stinking cute. And Big brother was awesome to help. Thanks you guys for a fun afternoon!! I am working on some really fun Christmas cards for them! wink wink. Go Cowboys! I am excited to show them!

There are more samples from their session on my Facebook Fan page!!! Check them out! And if you are in need of family Christmas Cards and portraits, I know someone you could call . . . . .

Moab Trip | Utah Family Photographer

We made a trip to Moab last weekend for a few sessions. I was a little disappointed when all but one of them canceled, but it was still a fun trip and I got to do a fun little shoot with the in-laws. Thanks for a great weekend guys! (There are more pics from their session on Facebook including a super cute one with my little munchkins. If you want, go check it out!)

I did another session with another DARLING little family that I am working on so check back soon!! Also, I want to show you the AMAZING float wraps I just got of the temple! Taking pictures of them and posting them is also on my list of things to do. For now, I'm off to finish watching the dumbest movie ever with the hubs. (Year One. Never watch it.) Love you hunny!
